Spurs to United : “Give us £70million and Bale is yours”

Manchester United is looking for a marque signing this summer and has identified few players as possible candidates. Former star Cristiano Ronaldo been heavily linked with a return to Old Trafford and the latest to join in the list is Tottenham Hotspur’s high flying winger, Gareth Bale. According to goal.com, United’s outgoing chief executive David Gill did approached Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and made a strong enquiry about the availability of Gareth Bale only to be told that the red devils have to pay a huge fee of £70million to lure their prize asset to Old Trafford.
